General & mechanical engineering work
Hardisty Engineering have a professional and knowledgeable team of tradesmen with full workshop capability including milling and lathe work. With our experience we can be of service for all types and sizes of projects from overhauling machinery to structural work, at your site or at our workshop.
Pipe work
Our engineering workshop is complete with fitter turners and fitter welders. Our team includes ASME9 and stainless steel welders, including welding to dairy standards. We can supply and install steam, gas (natural, LPG, medical), airlines, glycol, chilled and hot water pipe work reticulation using carbon, stainless steel, copper and PVC.
Our Craftsman gasfitters complete work to NZS:5261:2003 standards, complete with inspection and certification as required.
Boilers and heating
We can design, install and service a variety of heating options including steam, centralised gas and coal boilers, radiators, gas heaters, air-handling units and heat pumps in schools, factories, residential and commercial properties. We also supply and install gas burners.
Our skilled technicians can carry out maintenance, repairs and service for existing boilers and burners providing combustion analysis with comprehensive reports. With our 24hour call out service you can be sure that breakdowns will be attended to quickly to reduce production down time.
We also supply and install residential and commercial heat pumps.
Sheet metal & ventilation
Hardisty Engineering offers sheet metal workers and a full sheet metal workshop to provide a wide range of fabrication services - from the design of sheet metal to flashings and full ducted systems. We use top quality sheet metal supplies and can work with aluminium (up to 12mm thick), zintec, copper, galvanised, stainless and mild steel materials.
